V2S Connect is a financial and employee management tool built exclusively for V2S employees. The app supports internal functions such as client visits, financial updates, task reporting, and communication between employees, admins, and super admins. This app is not for public or third-party use.
Access is restricted to authorized and active employees of V2S Company. Employees must log in using credentials issued by the company. You must not share, transfer, or disclose your login details to anyone. Any attempt to access or use the app by non-employees is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

The company may monitor user activity within the app to ensure compliance with company standards. Super Admin and Admin users may access activity logs, visit details, and other operational data as part of their role. If misuse or suspicious behavior is detected, the company reserves the right to suspend or restrict access immediately. Employees may be required to use the camera during field visits for verification purposes. Location access must remain enabled during working hours to ensure transparency and safety. Sudden disconnection of GPS or internet may alert the Super Admin for review. Repeated disabling of permissions may be treated as a policy violation.
All data, content, and materials generated or stored in the app—including photos, reports, and location logs— are the exclusive property of V2S Company. Employees have no ownership rights over data generated through their app usage.
Employees must treat all company data as confidential and must not disclose it to any unauthorized person. Screenshots, data exports, or sharing of internal app content outside company channels are prohibited. Breaches of confidentiality may lead to legal action or termination.
Employees are responsible for maintaining their device’s security (e.g., screen locks, OS updates). The company is not liable for data breaches resulting from personal device misuse, theft, or loss. Unauthorized installations or alterations to the app are strictly prohibited.

The company may update, modify, or replace these Terms or the app’s functionality at any time without prior notice. Employees will be informed through internal communication channels when significant updates occur.
Employees must comply with all applicable company regulations and local laws while using the app. Any misuse, fraud, or unauthorized activity detected through V2S Connect may be subject to internal disciplinary measures or legal proceedings.
