V2S Connect (“the App”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) is a financial and employee management application developed and maintained by V2S Company. This application is strictly for internal use by authorized V2S employees. It is not intended for public or external use.
The V2S Connect app is designed to support V2S employees in performing work-related financial, client management, and operational tasks. All features and data access are limited to authorized users within the company network.
We collect and process the following information for operational and monitoring purposes:
Used only to capture photos during client visits or field verification activities.
Ensures that visits are real and verifiable (“real or reel” verification).
No photos are taken or uploaded automatically without employee action.
Used to monitor employees’ live locations during working hours to verify field activities and ensure safety.
The app continuously tracks the location only when the employee is logged in and on duty.
When the employee’s location or internet connection is turned off, the Super Admin and Admin apps are notified for security and operational tracking.
Required to synchronize real-time data between employees, admins, and the company servers.
Used to send/receive updates, reports, and notifications between users and the backend.
We may collect device identifiers (like model and OS version) to maintain app performance and troubleshooting logs.
Data is stored securely in company-managed databases and not shared with any third-party services or external entities.
Only authorized V2S administrators have access to employee activity data.
All communication between devices and servers is encrypted.
By logging in and using V2S Connect, employees consent to:
Employees who disable required permissions (camera, location, or internet) may experience limited functionality or be flagged for administrative review.
Data such as logs, photos, and location histories are retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill company auditing and compliance policies.
After the retention period, data is securely deleted or anonymized.
V2S Connect is not a public application. It is distributed only to V2S employees through internal company channels (not via public app stores).
Any unauthorized use, sharing, or distribution of this app is strictly prohibited.
This privacy policy may be updated periodically to reflect new operational or compliance requirements. Employees will be notified of significant changes through internal communication channels.
